Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well and still excited about baking sourdough and exploring this amazing hobby. As I continue this project solo (you can read more in the About Me section here), I’ve decided to take a different turn.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to run the Sourdough School single-handedly at the moment. The project is currently on standby as I search for the right premises, structure, and possibly consider a new format. I’m also looking for another sourdough enthusiast who might be interested in co-leading the classes, as it truly takes a lot of work and organization. For now, I’ll be focusing on our virtual space, providing as much help and inspiration as possible.
This project was built with so much passion and love, and my heart won’t let me completely let it go. So here I am, continuing to help, guide, and share all my experiences and ideas with you.
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be adding new blog themes where I’ll share my travels, parenting adventures, and culinary experiences, often involving my children. I’m a proud mama of two amazing kids, now 10 and 15. They are my best teachers, guides, and sometimes my toughest judges, so you’ll often meet them on these pages and through the social platforms I run.
Please keep in touch! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have ideas, questions, suggestions, or if you just want to say hi. Bread symbolizes togetherness, joy, love, and passion, and my aim is to inspire just that through this little corner of the internet.
Let’s continue this delicious journey together!
