Bread has always been the central Hero at our table. We appreciate good food and pretty things. Lenko has always been keen to bake bread, to learn and master the Sourdough. Like most men, he gets a bit obsessive with his hobbies, so to say, Sourdough became his passion. Yana, on the other hand, is the visual and creative person in the family, the organised one, who makes lists for everything. She is generally behind the scenes. Food Photographer and mum of two super active, chatty, and gorgeous children. After almost 5 years of baking sourdough goodness, we decided to start these classes. The main idea behind it was to create an online space where people will learn to make the best bread possible, have fun, meet fellow sourdough enthusiasts, and make new friends. We have always been surrounded by humans we love. Entertaining people at our home is something we really enjoy and we miss so much now. In those times when we live in isolation and getting together is impossible, we thought that creating this form of events will make people happy and fill this gap of distance.<\/p>\n<p>We hope we will see you soon participating in one of our courses.
