If there are legal reasons to make any changes, they will take place immediately without any notifications.<\/p>\n<p>Kvas services and any content viewed through our services are for your personal and non- commercial use only.<\/p>\n<p>With your Kvas purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access our services.<\/p>\n<p>You agree not to use the service for public performances.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose to register for newsletters , you agree to provide true, accurate, information about yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Kvas reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently our services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.<\/p>\n<p>Downloading, installing, or using our video materials which we have shared with you in our classes are for you and your use only.<\/p>\n<p>Should you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 7 days after purchase, Kvas will refund the full amount of your purchase and cancel your class.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Refunds are not available for customers which have violated the terms of service.<\/p>\n<p>If Kvas determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your purchase and refuse or restrict the use of our services without delivering a refund.<\/p>\n<p>To request a refund, please send us an email to yana@kvas.co.uk.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you need to cancel your place, please do it 1 month before the class date for a 50% refund.<\/li>\n<li>We suggest if you decide or need to cancel your attendance to the class, you find a replacement so you don\u2019t lose out on your payment.<\/li>\n<li>If <b>we <\/b>need to cancel the class, you will receive the full paid amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You take the full responsibility for all\u00a0 video, images, information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials that you upload, post, publish or display.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise authorised by Kvas in writing, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of our services and materials.<\/p>\n<p>Kvas has the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.<\/p>\n<p>All content or other materials you upload through our services or share with other users or recipients (collectively, \u201cUser Content\u201d) you represent and warrant that you own all rights.<\/p>\n<p>You agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information relevant to our services, provided by you to Kvas via our platforms\/emails\/ are non-confidential and we will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please, be aware \u00a0and remember that the way Social Networking Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such third parties only, and Kvas will have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third party site or service that may be enabled within our services.<\/p>\n<p>Kvas is not responsible for any content\u00a0 that has been made available through Social Networking Services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kvas\u00a0 does not guarantee :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS<\/li>\n<li>THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE<\/li>\n<li>THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>4.THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OR WITH THESE TERMS and conditions, you have the right TO DISCONTINUE\u00a0 the USE OF our SERVICE.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any dispute with us, you agree that before you take any formal action, you will contact us at info@kvas.co.uk and provide a brief, written description of the dispute and your contact information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Delivery<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Our boxes and Gift Voucher envelopes normally have a branded Sticker with our Logo, but if you would like to surprise someone special \u2013 just add a note at checkout or contact us.<\/p>\n<p>We could also include a handwritten message card in the box \u2013 just enter your message in the notes field at the checkout.<\/p>\n<p>Your order will normally include some information about the products in the box, some leaflets, recipes, ideas but it doesn\u2019t show prices and we can also omit it on request.<\/p>\n<p>For national delivery, none of the services require a signature.<\/p>\n<p>We usually use Royal Mail delivery services , 24 - 48 hour delivery, however, carriers are advising that service levels might be disrupted and delivery times might be longer than usual, so we advise to have that in mind.<\/p>\n<p>Our Classes subscriptions must be done at least 5 days before the start of the class as we provide the essential kits and will need time to be prepared and delivered to you.<\/p>\n<p>We currently only deliver to UK addresses only.<\/p>\n<p>The standard courier charges are based on weight (i.e. up to 2kg, 2-5kg, 5-10kg, 10-15kg)<\/p>\n<p>Therefore :<\/p>\n<p>Bakers kits -
