We are very excited to be able to present you with our brand new class!

 

No actually, it is not a class, it is an experience!

 

As we had to discontinue our Live Online classes due to personal circumstances and work commitments, we had to think of another option.

Sourdough is our passion and we both weren’t happy with the decision we had to make, to stop our classes completely.

We had to follow our hearts and we believe that if you really want something it will happen and you will find a way to carry on and find a solution.

So cutting the long story short, we are having Live, In-Person Classes in Chloe’s beautiful professional kitchen which she has designed for teaching purposes in a beautiful location in West Sussex.

It is a very cosy and welcoming space where we can get together and bake some amazing Sourdough.

We are extremely grateful to Chloe @roundtable who we met through our classes actually.

She was so kind and invited us to use her warm Cookery School to hold our classes.

 

What to expect on the day?

 

The group is of only 4 people which will allow almost one to one lesson and very hands-on experience!

 

It will be a long, one day class, full of delicious bakes, lots of laughter in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

 

We will start at 9 am with Welcome Barista style coffee/ tea accompanied by some homemade biscuits and cakes followed by a quick introduction.

 

Then we will begin with learning the whole process of making bread, focaccia and crackers.

You will receive a starter kit with everything that you will need to bake your bread, which you can take home with you also.

You don't have to worry about anything. You only need to bring your smile and enthusiasm.

You will take home everything that you receive and bake on the day to enjoy and share with your family and loved ones.

On the day we will make sourdough bread, Focaccia and Sourdough Crackers using our own recipes and processes.

We will share some of our own recipes, tips and tricks.

All the ingredients are included in the course.

We don’t cut corners and we will follow the process that professionals do.

You will take home the dough that you have prepared home ( all shaped and ready for proofing) and bake it in your own kitchen the next day.

Don’t worry though, you will bake a loaf with us also.

 

During the whole day, there will be nibbles, cakes, light lunch, coffees and teas.

The menu varies from class to class, depending on the season and Yana’s inspirations.

If you have any allergies, please do let us know.

 

Of course, there will be breaks for a chat and to form new friendships.

 

We will finish the course at around 6 pm. 

 

Please make sure you arrive on time as you wouldn’t like to miss a second!
