Description
The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.
We talk about all sourdough and we can answer all your questions.
The class is interactive and we “visit” you in your kitchen while we teach how to
prepare amazing pizzas in your own environment.
This is a Live Online Class done through Skype.
The group is only of maximum 6 people.
We will start on Friday at 6pm and will aim to finish by 8 - 8:30pm that evening.
We will be preparing the dough and cooking the pizza sauce that day, following the
traditional Italian methods.
The next day, on Saturday morning 10am we will meet again and shape, prove,
decorate and bake the fermented overnight dough.
On Thursday morning we will open a closed Skype chat room where we will
provide information and instructions regarding the starter.
It is a type only chat room!

We will provide the essentials you will need to bake the perfect Sourdough pizza:
- Italian flour
- Semola
- Fresh Starter
- Dry Starter- as a back up and use later in your bakes
- Scraper
- Italian tomatoes/ tin
- Olive oil
It is very important that your oven can reach minimum 250C.
Before the start of the class, you will need to find the best quality ingredients.
Once you subscribe to our class we will send you full class description, list of
ingredients you are advised to source, as well as further information.
