This class is tailored for any level of experience with Sourdough.
In a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, we will make some delicious and easy to follow
flatbreads, inspired by our background.
We love flatbreads as they are perfect for any table and super versatile. They are ideal for a little
snack, meze, could accompany most dishes and also are perfect for children’s lunch boxes.
In this workshop we will make:
• Pita Bread - 100% wholemeal version
• Katmi - it is very similar to the UK crumpets but …different
• Lavash - Armenian Flatbread
• We will make 3 different mezes, all vegetarian friendly.
We will be changing the recipes, depending on the season, but be prepared to be nicely
As always, you don’t need to bring anything, just a bag to take away your bakes and dishes.
We will provide plastic food containers.
However, as we try to be as “green” as possible if you have some spare ones and would like to
use them instead of the plastic ones we will be providing you are very welcome to bring them
Be prepared for a few hours of fun!
We will start at 10 am and aim to finish at 1 pm.
